Alabama Gains Another 2022 Commitment: Walter Bob Jr.

Louisiana native Walter Bob Jr. made his commitment to play defensive end for the 2022 Crimson Tide recruiting class on Monday via his personal Twitter page.

The junior plays at Acadiana High School in Lafayette, Louisiana, but has not received a grade or star rating from 247 Sports or Rivals yet.

According to his personal Twitter biography, he’s 6-foot-4 and 250 pounds and is a back-to-back state champion.

Bob becomes the second overall commitment for the Tide’s 2022 recruiting class, joining linebacker Robert Woodyard from Williamson High School in Mobile.
